Angel Valdivia leads the business. Our team arranges the assessment, explains the written proposal, and coordinates the agreed work. Before your project starts, we identify the person handling communication and explain how questions and scope changes are managed.

The written proposal explains the work, materials, warranty terms, and project considerations. If additional work is identified, we discuss it with you for approval. Our aim is to help you make an informed decision and know what happens next.
Care for the property around the work
We discuss access, staging, and property protection before starting. Our roofing proposals include cleanup, debris handling, and a magnetic nail sweep. Share concerns about landscaping or driveway use so they can be considered in the project plan.
Coverage and credentials you can review
Review the registration, insurance information, and workmanship warranty relevant to your project before approving the work. We provide the applicable documents and explain the coverage alongside the written scope.
